Mandala Art Workshop
This mandala workshop is designed as a calm and creative space where you can slow down, connect with yourself, and explore mindful drawing.
What to expect:
• We will begin with a short guided meditation to help calm the mind and gently ground ourselves before starting to draw.
• Throughout the session, there will be a few short sharing breaks, giving participants a chance to reflect on their experience, thoughts, and creative process.
• Pens and paper with mandala guidelines will be provided
• A selection of pattern samples will also be available for inspiration if you’d like ideas to start from.
• No experience needed - just a willingness to slow down, relax, and enjoy the process.
